THE STORY OF TIGGLES

Built with care.
Born from experience.

Pet care isn't an industry I discovered on a spreadsheet. It's a world I've worked in, built a business around, and now want to help with better software.

01 / THE BEGINNING

From dog walks to building software.

I started out as a dog walker. After moving to London, I built a pet food business, and along the way I became increasingly frustrated with the limitations of website builders and off-the-shelf systems.

So I decided to make my own website and add the features I actually wanted. I discovered something unexpected: I genuinely loved creating software, and I had more ideas than ever.

That's where Tiggles comes in. My focus now is building thoughtful software for the pet industry — not because it sounds like a fashionable market, but because I understand how much work goes on behind the scenes.

02 / WHAT MATTERS

Make the useful things feel effortless.

I want Tiggles to make it easier for independent pet businesses to look professional, keep everything organised, give their customers a lovely experience and spend more time doing the job they love.

The software is still being built. I'd rather keep improving it with real users than pretend it's finished before it is.

THE STORY BEHIND TIGGLES

Made by someone who knows the job.

I used to work as a dog walker. Later, I moved to London and started a pet food business. Along the way, I got fed up with the limitations of the websites and systems I relied on, so I started building my own.

What began as wanting something better turned into a genuine love of software development. Tiggles is where that experience and those ideas come together — tools made with pet businesses in mind.
